Vareniki - one of the most popular Ukrainian dish. More popular is Borsch only! You can cook vareniki with different fillings - meat, potato, cabbage, cherries. I like vareniki with potato, but my husband likes vareniki with meat. In video you'll see both variants))) I show process of fillings and dough cooking.
