Spicy Fried Marrow Squash - Yummy And Healthy Easy Recipe


This is one of my favorite dishes. I love the fried courgettes! You can prepare this dish for 15 minutes! If you want to, a diet version of this dish - not roll zucchini in flour and use sour cream instead of mayonnaise. Fried zucchini can be eaten as a separate dish, and can be used as a useful accompaniment to meat, chicken or eggs. 
For cooking you'll need:
- marrow squash
- garlic
- dill
- flour
- salt
- sunflower oil
- mayonnaise
